RICHARD KYLE

New Business Development & Partnerships

As Chief Executive Officer of Regency Foundation Networx and RegencyFN NPC, Richard has spent the last 20 years producing communication and advocacy campaigns around the issues of sustainable development and, more specifically, the role of global corporations in this agenda.

Providing leadership to achieve the foundations’ commitment to furthering the achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), he strives to be a catalyst for a more inclusive, equitable and sustainable world and is actively engaged with the global business community, promoting the agenda of sustainability and inclusive business practice and working with companies to make strategic investments with a quantifiable return on investment.

Richard’s experience working in Europe, the Middle East, Latin America and Africa has instilled in him a passion for holistic development and the vision to create leading television documentaries, including IT’S AFRICA’S TIME, TIME FOR GLOBAL ACTION and the award-winning SAINC series. He is also one of the founders of INCLUSIVE BUSINESS AFRICA, a multi-stakeholder alliance designed to plan and implement innovative and inclusive business solutions for Africa.

Project Coordinator, Educator and Coach

Bryan is an experienced educator with over 25 years of experience teaching both structured and unstructured pedagogic programs on three continents. He is sharply focused on a diversity of age groups, cultures and ethnic backgrounds. Bryan holds two post-graduate degrees and is fascinated by the depth of human potential.

Bryan loves living in South Africa; he optimistically looks forward to a flourishing country where unemployment slowly disappears and all citizens have equal access to comfort and opportunity.

BONITA POOLE

Senior Communications Coordinator

Bonita is an Experienced Assistant having worked in the executive office industry for over 20 years. She has gained vast knowledge through working in many different industries.  Bonita was a member of a well-known bank’s transformation & BEE Committee for three years where she specifically represented disabled people. She also assisted with a major asset management Company’s CSI initiative in teaching scholars about budgeting and saving.

More than that, Bonita is a mom and has increased her skill set substantially. She now includes extreme multi-tasking, an eye for detail, having the memory of an elephant and being on top of everything as proficiencies that she uses in all areas of her life.

Bonita is a bubbly, helpful, supportive and a loyal person. She loves meeting new people and believes one can learn something from everyone. Bonita is a lifelong learner and is always challenging herself to be better whether it is at work or at home.

Bonnita’s mantra is, ‘you can learn and achieve anything if you really put your mind to it.’

SPENCER BAGLEY

Strategic Operations

A pragmatic, level-headed, solutions-driven and strategic problem solver.
Having built his career in a variety of roles and industries, mostly in small organisations where he grew to be not just the lead administrator but also gatekeeper, IT and technology whiz, operations and finance overseer, graphic and web design hero, HR and people manager, fundraiser and sales closer, social media and marketing guru, eagle-eyed quality assurer and all-round go-to person, Spencer’s diverse skills make him an asset to the team.
He’s not only used to wearing many hats, he sincerely enjoys it and thrives in an environment where no two workdays are the same.

With extensive work experience abroad, Spencer brings a range of multidisciplinary skills from training, evaluation and conflict resolution to TV & film production and marketing.
As a strategic operations lead, he drives the organisation’s strategy and also manages marketing and communications, ensuring the social media campaign, online presence and fundraising initiatives align with our mission, and his comprehensive understanding of Inclusive Business practices, Corporate Social Investment and Sustainability ensures he is well equipped to provide sound and up to date advice on the issues.
